Sarah Clark Stuart, executive director of the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia, and Patrick Starr, executive vice president of the Pennsylvania Environmental Council, will examine the role played by multi-purpose trails in contributing to the city and region's transportation infrastructure, economy and quality of life.
