PATCO at University City Station

Olney resident Stephen Perzan makes the case for extending the PATCO subway line to the west--all the to SEPTAS’s University City station. That would connect New Jersey commuters to much more of Philadelphia; even the airport could be reached via an easy transfer from PATCO to SEPTA.
