1218 Arch Street
Entrepreneur and real estate developer Ken Weinstein from Philly Office Retail will update us on his latest projects along Philadelphia's commercial corridors, including the Wayne Junction Revitalization Project. Ken's Jumpstart Germantown project continues to remake NW Philly's residential neighborhoods, which have seen much disinvestment over the past few decades. We can expect Ken to tell us about the expansion of this popular program, designed to train, network and provide loans to local, aspiring developers, into additional Philadelphia neighborhoods.
