Paul Steinke

Paul Steinke is the Executive Director at the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia, an organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing the historic and cultural resources of the Greater Philadelphia region. He is recognized for his leadership qualities, vision, and strong work ethic, which contribute to his effectiveness in this role. Steinke is known for his genuine care for the community and commitment to preservation efforts, making him a respected figure in the field

Philip Balderston

Philip Balderston is the Founder and CEO of Odin Properties, a diversified regional real estate investment and management firm. Its affiliate companies own and manage over 9,000 multifamily units and 250,000 square feet of commercial space in the Northeast, Southeast and Midwestern United States.

Prior to starting Odin, Philip was the director of Acquisitions and Finance at Philadelphia-based Tower Investments Inc., responsible for financing various development projects and asset management. Before joining Tower, he was an Acquisition and Development Analyst at The KOR Group in Los Angeles. Philip has a profound understanding of real estate finance and economics, economic cycles, and community development, having completed over 600MM of real estate transactions as a Principal in his 20+ year career.

 

Philip also held an analyst and asset management position at Amerimar Enterprises in Philadelphia, is a graduate of the William Penn Charter School in East Falls, holds a degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a degree in Real Estate Finance and Urban Studies from the Wharton School. He currently holds the position on Mayor Cherelle Parker's transition team working on the preservation of affordable housing to make Philadelphia the cleanest, greenest, and safest big city in America, while also increasing economic opportunities for all.

Justin Kaplan

Justin Kaplan is the Director of Development at Odin Development LLC, where he has successfully led over $85 million in mixed-use development projects. With extensive experience in real estate development, Justin plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's strategic growth.  Before joining Odin, Justin was a licensed real estate professional with MPN Realty, a prominent commercial and investment real estate brokerage based in Philadelphia, PA. During his tenure at MPN, he contributed to over $100 million in real estate transactions, gaining deep expertise in market analysis, investment strategy, and deal execution.  Justin holds a degree in Business Administration and Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he has a global perspective, having spent two years living abroad. He currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of NAIOP Greater Philadelphia, a leading association for commercial real estate and development professionals.
