Center / Architecture + Design, 1218 Arch Street
Greg Heller, executive director of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority, https://www.philadelphiaredevelopmentauthority.org originally scheduled for our snowed-out February meeting, will discuss his vision for the PRA, its new focus on “social impact” as a way of scoring development proposals, and some of the big projects PRA has tackled since his appointment last April. These include: Logan Triangle, the Germantown YWCA, Eastwick planning study, 800-30 Vine Street and Osage/Pine (aka the MOVE blocks).
