Update: January 21, 2020
Several parties including DAG, the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation, Pennsport Civic Association, and Lindy Institute Executive Director Harris Steinberg testified before the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) on January 21 regarding how the proposed waterfront WAWA violates the goals of the Central Delaware Plan. The final vote will take place once the two ZBA members absent from the initial hearing are able to read the transcripts, and we will provide an update once we know the decision.
